Per Incident: $99
With this option we will access
your machine remotely, diagnose
and attempt to repair a single specific problem. It does not matter
how many times it takes to repair, you pay only one price.
If it is determined that your problem can not be fixed or
that the solution is not time or cost effective to one or either
party you will be eligible for a refund minus a diagnostic
fee of $29.00.
